Returns and Refund Policy

Effective 20 October 2026

This policy covers orders placed on safentity.in. For bulk orders, the terms in your written quotation apply where they differ.

1. What we accept

We don't accept returns for a change of mind. We do replace or refund an item when:

  • it arrived damaged in transit,
  • it is defective, or
  • we sent the wrong item or left something out of the order.

2. How to report a problem

Tell us within 3 days of delivery. The delivery date is the one in the courier's tracking record. Email prateek@safentity.in or message or call +91 7827-258-487 with:

  • your order number,
  • photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label, or an unboxing video,
  • a short note on what is wrong.

Please keep the item and its packaging until we have looked at your report.

3. What happens next

We review the photos or video and may ask you to send the item back so we can inspect it. If we confirm the problem is ours, Safentity pays the return shipping.

Once the issue is verified, we send a replacement or refund the item, as agreed with you.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method where the payment provider supports it. If that isn't possible, we agree another method with you, such as a bank transfer. The time a refund takes to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as you can. If the order hasn't been dispatched yet, we cancel it and refund the full amount you paid.

6. Warranty

Some products carry a manufacturer's warranty. Where one applies, it is stated on the product page or in your quotation, and the manufacturer's terms decide what it covers. Not every product has a warranty.

7. Items we can't take back

We can't accept items that have been used, fitted, cut, washed or damaged after delivery, unless they were defective when they arrived. This matters most for safety products such as respirators, harnesses and gloves, which can't be resold once used.

None of this limits your rights under Indian consumer law.
